Neat Cutting Oils

These oils are deliver Extreme Pressure and Weld Load bearing capability apart from lubricity and cooling to the work piece and tool. Some of these oils contain additives which are active type and corrosive to yellow metal while some are designed for soft yellow metals. Following are the types of Neat Cutting oils:

Molytron Neat Cut 103: Active type, Low to Medium Viscosity
Performance: IS 3065, type 3

Molytron Neat Cut Super 155: New generation oil
Active, non staining, no fouling smell, Medium Viscosity
Performance: IS 3065, Type 3

BROACHING OIL

These low viscosity oils contain active ingredients, staining type, not suitable for Copper, provide excellent heat dissipation.

Molytron Broach Super
Performance: Proprietary blend.

HONING OIL
Non staining type oil recommended for honing of steel, hardened metal for super finishing operations.

Molytron Hone super
Performance: Proprietary blend.
